Gleanings in Genesis

Arthur Pink

Genesis, the beginning of the Holy Bible, the beginning of God's creation & of His people; "seed plot of the Bible". Gleanings in Genesis is a distinctive devotional-theological reading of Genesis. Moving sequentially through Genesis, Pink goes beyond the surface narrative to reveal patterns, symbols, and doctrinal seeds that, in his view, foreshadow the arrival of Christ & His message of redemption & salvation. Thus, Pink presents Genesis, not as a mere historical record of the beginning, but a blueprint of Christianity flowing throughout the Scripture up till the end, The Revelations. This book gives a theological & spiritual perspective of the Book of Genesis. - Summary by sonaliie
